Original allotment/file documents, CNICs of buyer and seller, recent photographs and a clearance of outstanding dues.
Process
Both parties (or their authorised representatives) appear at the developer's transfer office, where biometric verification and signatures are completed.
Fees
Transfer fees and government taxes apply as per the developer's prevailing schedule and applicable law.
Our role
As an independent advisor we guide and accompany you; the transfer itself is executed solely by the developer.
